Project Highlight: The Eugene C. Eppley Center - Michigan State University

Over the past few years Lansing Tile & Mosaic has completed multiple new construction and remodel projects on the Michigan State University Campus. The Eugene C. Eppley Center is home to the Eli Broad College of Business, Department of Finance, and several other key MSU programs. The project scope included a top to bottom remodel completed over the Summer of 2021. Lansing Tile & Mosaic installed all the new floorcoverings for this 5-story building originally constructed in 1962. Work completed by the Lansing Tile & Mosaic team contributed directly to the stylish re-design and modern color-themes carried throughout the building. Products and flooring systems installed by Lansing Tile & Mosaic include LVT, CVT, carpet tiles, rubber stair treads, and terrazzo flooring repairs.
